Motif Monday: Fall Already?

It’s been getting colder lately, and the leaves are changing colors too! Yay, fall!

You know what’s great for this cooler weather? AN AFGHAN! (:D LOL, I know, I’m crazy about them.)

This is such a fitting fall one, this it? Pattern is on Red Heart, here:

Motif Monday: Maybe I’m Old-Fashioned…

Is this too dated?

Regardless, it looks really classy, right? Maybe I’ve been watching too much Mad Men…. :/

This pattern appeared in a 1948 issue of Women’s Day, and can be found here:

Motif Monday: Ripple Baby Blanket

Most afghans I’ve had are rectangular, which is why I thought this pattern was really cool.

It’s round! This is definitely on my “to-try list.”

The pattern can be found on Ravelry from user, Celeste Young: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/rainbow-ripple-baby-blanket

Motif Monday: Hello Doctor!

I spent a great majority of last summer watching the newer Doctor Who on Netflix. It’s one of my favorite shows, and I can’t wait for the new series to come out. What better to add to my Doctor Who obsession than mini crocheted Doctors! I found this cute pattern and can’t wait to try it.
